Saramin has also recently reformed the “Salary Information” contents by adopting AI-based big data analysis technology. It can now offer more accurate information via machine learning, which analyzes resumes, as well as salary-related data such as national pension, information from NICE (credit evaluation) and All Public Information In-One (ALIO), and employment insurance. The upgraded “Salary Information” also enables users to compare their current salary with the industry standards by checking the salary information of their desired companies using search criteria including age, position, duties, and years of service.
